STAGES FOR SELECTION
Candidate Journey in Zeroqode
Before the main interview, you need to go through several stages that will help us get to know you better.
Résumé Screening
We all know that first impressions count, so take your time to fill in and update your resume. Providing complete and accurate information at the application stage will likely improve your chances of employment. Please upload your resume in .pdf format.
Lighting Fast
Video interview is the next selection stage at Zeroqode. We use VCV for this. It’s a secure platform for video interviews: you are the only owner of the recording that is made during the interview.
Test Assignment
We give a home task to test the skills and professional strengths of JsDevelopers and Web Designers. It’s a mandatory step you can not skip. We set a deadline for the task, so fitting in the time allocated is the first criteria we take into account when evaluating candidates at this stage.
In-person or video interview
It is your time to share with us everything you consider relevant to the job, impressive about your experience, and interesting about yourself. The interview is an opportunity for you to learn more about our team and your career perspectives at Zeroqode.
