When working with Bubble, I often use plugins to add or improve functionality. Today I would like to share with you some of my favorite plugins that help me to speed up the development process. Let’s go!

When developing a Bubble app it often happens that to integrate some feature or change visuals it’s faster and easier to use a chunk of JavaScript code.

When does it come in handy? In any dropdown, you need to set up specific values to DB but sometimes they do not have really “user-friendly” names or can be even confusing. For example “timeGridDay” vs “Schedule day”. This tiny plugin allows you to display dropdown labels different from these values.
Mapbox Maps
Covers everything from location and markers to track. I love apps using Mapbox (use a taxi app built on it) and can say they are really precise and reliable. There is another interesting feature that I personally have not used yet, but it may be helpful: you can trigger workflows when a marker is clicked.

Relative Time with Moment.js
A useful free plugin that changes the exact dates to relative descriptions like “2 days ago", "one week ago", etc. Just use this plugin instead of creating many conditional statements that subtract a thing's creation date and check the current/date time.
